Weekly Structure: Cardio & Strength dominate Monday to Thursday, with dual classes per slot. Fridays and Saturdays sparkle with the full gym experience, offering the 360 class — always evolving, always engaging.
Daily Flow:
Start United: 5 minutes of shared stretching
Warm Up Together: 5 minutes to get moving
Dive Deep: 20-25 minutes focused on Cardio or Strength
Finish Strong: 8-12 minutes of joint conditioning
Optional Cooldown: Stretch it out, if you wish
